Hello everyone.

We are setting up a new PXRD facility with a couple of instruments here at UBCO. However, no one involved has run this type of facility before, and we were hoping we could get some advice on how to have users submit samples and track usage for user fees. I've seen facilities using everything form paper forms with samples taped to them, to everything being done by email, through fancy electronic systems.

Does anyone have experience with the any of these systems, and advice on setting them up?
