Just wondering, if you had to recommend basic literature for new students what would you think the set of books should be for a solution scattering interested laboratory?
Mine would be
Biological Small Angle Scattering: Techniques, Strategies and Tips (Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology) 2017
by Barnali Chaudhuri, Inés G. Muñoz, Shuo Qian, and Volker S. Urban.
Small Angle X-Ray and Neutron Scattering from Solutions of Biological Macromolecules (International Union of Crystallography Texts on Crystallography)by Dmitri I. Svergun, Michel H. J. Koch, Peter A. Timmins, Roland P. May
Biological Small Angle Scattering: Theory and Practice (International Union of Crystallography Monographs on Crystallography)Sep 19, 2018
by Eaton E. Lattman, Thomas D. Grant, and Edward Snell.
I'm biased on the last :)
I also think the guidelines for publication of SAXS data would be essential reading.
