We wanted to share a quick update about our presence on the platform X. While the ACA account will remain available, it won’t be actively monitored moving forward. Over the past year, many in the scientific community have moved away from X, and we’ve seen engagement there drop off significantly. Because of this, it’s no longer the best place for us to connect with you.

We’ve also heard concerns about the direction X has taken recently, especially around fact checking, moderation, and the spread of misinformation—areas that don’t fully reflect the values of the ACA or the broader scientific community.

That said, we’re excited to continue building connections with you through other channels! You can find us on our website, newsletter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and now BlueSky. We hope you’ll join us there and stay part of the conversation.
