If you are a candidate and wish to submit your election information, please complete the form below. Membership in the ACA is required to stand for office, and your dues must be current. To ensure a smooth submission process, have a professional headshot and a candidate statement (250–500 words) prepared before beginning the form. If you need to join or renew your membership, the form will conveniently guide you through that step as part of the same process.
As we head into election season, now is a great time to log in to your ACA member profile and make sure your information is up to date. In particular, please check that you are listed as a member of any Scientific Interest Groups (SIGs) you’d like to vote in—only members of a SIG are eligible to vote in its officer elections. Keeping your profile current not only ensures you receive the appropriate ballots, but also helps us better understand and serve our membership. Additionally by completing your demographic information and sharing your location in your profile, you contribute valuable data that supports our efforts to track trends, promote diversity, and plan for future events.
