Recognizing Excellence in Our Community

For more than a century, the American Crystallographic Association has honored the discoveries, dedication, and service that shape our field. Rooted in the Association’s rich history, ACA awards reflect the values and achievements that have advanced crystallographic science across generations. These distinctions recognize excellence in research, education, leadership, and service, celebrating contributions at every career stage—from students and early-career scientists to those whose work has defined the discipline. We invite you to explore the awards below and help continue this tradition by nominating a deserving colleague or applying in recognition of your own contributions to the crystallographic community.
